In the Bauhaus.MobilityLab, the Brühl district of Erfurt serves as a living lab for the development and testing of a variety of AI-based applications: Traffic lights are switched according to traffic volume, deliveries are delivered in a more customer-oriented manner, local energy generation reduces electricity costs and intelligent tariff systems determine the charging price for e-cars. The applications are developed and provided on a cloud platform that brings together data from different areas such as traffic, logistics and energy.
